It allows that in case of Unemployment and Incapacity by Accident or Illness, of a condominium member, the company assumes his share for a period of up to 12 months.
Example:
Small building:
16 Condominium Members at $25 per month = $0.42 per month per Condominium Member.
Normal building:
30 Condominium Members at $50 per month = $0.83 per month per Condominium Member.
Luxury Building
60 Condominium Members at $200 per month = $3.33 per month per Condominium Member.
