In order to give their customers greater ease of access to their documents and their assistance, Allianz developed its application for iOS and Android smartphones – eCliente Allianz.

With this application, you can quickly and easily access all Allianz features with just one touch on your smartphone.

What can it do for you?

If you are traveling and need assistance on the road, need to contact Allianz, or need to find a repair shop near you, this app will provide you with the help you need. Simply tap the Assistance button and the app will immediately take you to a menu where you can choose Roadside Assistance, access Allianz Contacts, or search for Repair Shops.

If you want to consult with your mediator, all you have to do is click on the Mediator button, click on the option My Mediator, enter your VAT number and your password, and then you will have access to all the information available from your mediator.

You can also view your policies and Allianz Products by clicking on the Contracts button.

If you wish to participate or consult a claim, you must go to the Claims menu. In this menu, you will also find information on what to do in case of an accident.

In the application, you can also view your user data and change your password by pressing the Setup button in the application on your smartphone.
