Effective June 1, 2017, the minimum legal capital requirements for auto insurance will be updated as follows:
-Bodily injury – €6,070,000.00 per accident.
-Property damage – €1,220,000.00 per accident
The total amount of Civil Liability thus increases from €6,000,000.00 to €7,290,000.00.
