Allianz and the customer

With the aim of giving its customers easier access to their documents and assistance, Allianz has developed its app for iOS and Android smartphones – Allianz eCliente.

With this app, you can quickly and easily access all Allianz features, all at the touch of a button on your smartphone.

What can it do for you?

If you are traveling and need roadside assistance, need to contact Allianz, or need to find a repair shop near you, this app will give you the help you need. Just tap the Assistance button and the app will immediately take you to a menu where you can choose Roadside Assistance, access Allianz Contacts, or search for Repair Shops.

If you want to consult your mediator, all you have to do is click on the Mediator button, click on the My Mediator option, enter your tax identification number and password, and you will have access to all the information available from your mediator.

You can also view your policies and Allianz Products by clicking on the Contracts button.

If you wish to participate in or consult a claim, please access the Claims menu. This menu also provides information on what to do in the event of an accident.

In the app, you can also view your user data and change your password by tapping the Settings button in the app on your smartphone.
