We are looking for an administrative specialist with commercial knowledge in the insurance industry!

Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Customer contact
  • Insurance analysis across multiple insurance companies
  • Portfolio Management
  • Follow up on contacts requested by customers and perform simulations, providing follow-up until the policy is issued.

Required Profile:

  • Minimum educational level of 12th grade
  • Relevant professional experience of more than 3 years, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Computer skills from the user's perspective, in MsOffice products.
  • We value proficiency in English and German (spoken and written).
  • Friendliness in customer contact
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • A taste for sales
