We are looking for an administrative specialist with commercial knowledge in the insurance industry!
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Customer contact
- Insurance analysis across multiple insurance companies
- Portfolio Management
- Follow up on contacts requested by customers and perform simulations, providing follow-up until the policy is issued.
Required Profile:
- Minimum educational level of 12th grade
- Relevant professional experience of more than 3 years, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Computer skills from the user's perspective, in MsOffice products.
- We value proficiency in English and German (spoken and written).
- Friendliness in customer contact
- Enjoy working in a team
- A taste for sales
