ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Public service;
- Telephone service;
- Simulations/insurance quotes from various insurance companies;
- Policy issuance;
- Receiving and handling emails;
- Perform administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the business;
- Follow up on contacts requested by customers and perform simulations, providing support until the policy is issued.
Required Profile:
- Minimum educational level of 12th grade;
- Relevant professional experience of more than 3 years, preferably in the insurance sector;
- Computer skills from the user's perspective, in Microsoft Office products;
- We value proficiency in English and German (spoken and written);
- Experience in claims settlement;
- Sense of responsibility and rigor in performing tasks;
- Friendliness when dealing with customers;
- I enjoy teamwork.
