ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Public service;
  • Telephone service;
  • Simulations/insurance quotes from various insurance companies;
  • Policy issuance;
  • Receiving and handling emails;
  • Perform administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the business;
  • Follow up on contacts requested by customers and perform simulations, providing support until the policy is issued.

Required Profile:

  • Minimum educational level of 12th grade;
  • Relevant professional experience of more than 3 years, preferably in the insurance sector;
  • Computer skills from the user's perspective, in Microsoft Office products;
  • We value proficiency in English and German (spoken and written);
  • Experience in claims settlement;
  • Sense of responsibility and rigor in performing tasks;
  • Friendliness when dealing with customers;
  • I enjoy teamwork.
