As you already know, there are three issues that are important to bring up at the meeting.
The first is to point out that the insurance must be presented to the administration and that if it is not, the administration will take out insurance on behalf of the condominium owner.
The second is to define the capital to be insured for the property, so that they can confirm the adequacy of the individual insurance capital.
Third, define who bears the deductible in the event of claim from a fraction, if there is condominium insurance, avoiding conflict later on.
