To address this issue, Allianz has developed a specialized, confidential, and personalized support project for each client. It has created a network of online psychologists who will help you overcome, talk about, and work through your problems.

A psychologist will assess your case to identify your specific needs and personalize, define, and plan the best strategy, together with the client, to improve and manage their situation.

The psychologist will monitor the progress of the case whenever necessary.

How does it work?

  • By appointment/prior scheduling by the customer by filling out the form available on theAdvance Medical website.
  • The client can choose to consult by phone or email, and will subsequently be contacted by the team of psychologists via their chosen method.
