To make life easier for our customers, R2 Seguros has formed a new partnership with Desentop, a company that handles situations requiring the following services:
1* – A photographic survey of the reported situation will be conducted, including the preparation of a photographic report, measurements of the affected areas, identification of those affected, collection of the property deed, and a floor plan of the
unit, along with the preparation of a report, a damage estimate, necessary investigations, and classification of claim.
2*- To check for breaks in the drinking water supply pipes, both the hot and cold water circuits are pressurized, and an assessment is made to determine whether an active break exists,
before proceeding with destructive testing, moisture measurements are taken to quantify the existing moisture level.
3* - Amount to be applied if the claim approved and all investigations and repairs are completed, at
replacing the amount listed in point 1.
We assess the cost of drain cleaning on-site, but our visits to provide estimates are free and require no obligation.
Our customers are entitled to a 10% discount on this service.
