About Caravela Seguros
Caravela Seguros is the result of the purchase of the French company Macif's operations in Portugal. The purchase was supported by a holding company, AAA SGPS, with Portuguese investors who are "specialists in insurance distribution."
Caravela intends to continue expanding its activity in traditional insurance distribution channels, i.e., with brokers, agents, brokerage firms, and insurance agents, but also in partnership with other social and economic stakeholders.
To this end, Caravela has been investing heavily in human and financial resources, which will lead to the renewal of Caravela, elevating it to the category of medium-sized insurer.
