How to build up Savings?

Amounts and Deliveries

  • Monthly - 25€
  • Quarterly - 75€.
  • Semester or yearly - 250 euros
  • Extraordinary: minimum 250€ (cannot exceed 50,000€/year)

 

In case of Redemption/Refund?

As of the 5th year of the contract, you can make the total or partial redemption of your savings without any penalty, in the following situations typified by law:

  • Retirement due to old age or 60 years old
  • Long-term unemployment
  • Death, Permanent Disability or Serious Illness
  • Installment payments associated with a Housing Loan

Reimbursements that occur outside the situations foreseen in the law will be subject to fixed penalties of 3%, 2%, and 1% if they occur, respectively, in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd annuity of the contract, and a variable penalty in any annuity.
