What does Allianz Animação Turística Insurance cover?

Civil Liability

Coverage for property damage and personal injury caused to third parties during the provision of services.

Personal Accidents

Coverage for participants in the event of an accident occurring during tourist entertainment activities organized by the Policyholder.

Activities Not Covered

Civil Liability

In RC, the following activities/categories are excluded:

• Sightseeing cruises;
• Boat rentals;
• River taxi;
• Sport fishing;
• Jet skis;
• Banana boat rides, parasailing, or water skiing.

These activities require the purchase of Allianz Maritime Tourist Liability Insurance.

The following activities are excluded from Personal Accident coverage:

• Scuba diving;
• Skydiving;
• Paragliding;
• Hang glider;
• Cliff diving;
• Electric bicycle and scooter rentals;
• Scooters and hoverboards;
• Natural Disasters;
• Acts of Terrorism.
