A Fidelidade Pets, you can choose between several different solutions and increasing levels of protection. It guarantees civil liability arising from damage caused by the pet, preventive medicine, reimbursement of medical expenses and assistance services.
Fidelidade pets offers 4 protection plans for your pet:
- PET 1 - Insurance to cover any damage caused by your pets.
- PET 2 - Ideal insurance for routine health expenses for your pets and not giving up legal protection.
- PET 3 - For those who want to protect their four-legged friends in case of illness or accidents
Advantages
- Capital for surgery: The specific capital for surgeries, including illnesses, accidents and sterilization. This cover guarantees payment of expenses, including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Free check-up: a method of preventing numerous diseases in the network of providers for access to the free check-up.
- Insurance for life: Subscription from 2 months until the day you turn 8 years old, with no age limit.
- Assistance services: For your comfort and peace of mind, the assistance cover provides you with the services to help take care of your four-legged friend, including veterinary care and medication, emergency transport and the organization of the funeral service. All you have to do is call the agents 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
- Payment of funeral expenses: Organization and payment of the animal's funeral expenses.
- Advantages with partners: Access to advantages in a network of partners for pet-related goods and services. You can consult this network of partners on the Fidelidade website.
- Reimbursement of expenses: You can request reimbursement of medical expenses relating to consultations, examinations, surgeries and vaccinations.
Cover is subject to a 60-day waiting period, which increases to 90 days for surgery and sterilization, and 180 days for funeral cover. This grace period only applies in the event of illness. In the event of an accident, the insurance can be used immediately after subscription.
