List of Mandatory Insurance

Legal Protection Insurance consists of the provision of legal, judicial and extra-judicial assistance services to the Insured Condominium, as well as the reimbursement of any expenses that the Condominium may incur as a result of its intervention in judicial or arbitration proceedings, within the scope of the insurance coverage.

Liability will be triggered if you cause material damage and/or bodily harm to other people outside the condominium.

There are companies that still contract the Civil Liability coverage separately from the multi-risk insurance.
